The only thing we like more than drinking tea is drinking tea out of a cheery mug. So when we spotted these colorful “The Language of Flowers” mugs at Cuorebella in Leawood, they certainly caught our eye. “I love that they are a set of two separate floral designs that make me smile,” says owner Trish Podlasek. “They are the perfect weight, heavy enough that they don’t feel fragile, and not too thick like some mugs can be.”
Made from fine bone china, they’re dishwasher and microwave safe. “I like to give the set as a girlfriend or hostess gift. At $35 for two, it’s a great price for me—and a sweet, useful gift to receive,” she says. Want to up the ante? Podlasek mentions she even ha a Cutlery Collection coffee/tea pot that goes along with it quite nicely ($135). “The accompanying coffee/tea pot is also bone china with 24k-gold ‘spoon’ handle,” she says. (Heads-up though—because of the gold, this item is not dishwasher or microwave safe.)
They’ll be perfect for your next socially distanced coffee klatsch.
