Grab your helmet, hit the pavement and explore KC with Dr. Brad Dyer! Cycling can support mental well-being, strengthen your immune system, and even help you maintain a healthy weight.
This casual 10-mile ride will begin and end at the Embassy Suites by Hilton KCI Airport. This community bike ride is open to all ages and is a “no cyclist left behind” ride. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring plenty of water.
