The Roasterie is celebrating its 30th anniversary with a coffee blend that gives back to the community the air-roasted coffee chain has thrived in. Ten percent of sales from the Give Back Blend will be donated to Kansas City nonprofits.
“A lot has changed in Kansas City in the last three decades, and we are proud to have grown right alongside it,” says Isaac Hodges, president of The Roasterie. “We look forward to celebrating by giving back to impactful local organizations through volunteer opportunities, collaboration, and charitable giving.”
The blend features notes of blackberry, cherry, citrus, and wine and is available for purchase in cafes and online. Until May 10, the coffee roaster is asking Kansas Citians to nominate their favorite nonprofits.
The Roasterie’s team will choose 30 nonprofits that will be announced as recipients of the 30th-anniversary donations on June 1.
