Boulevardia
June 14 & 15

Enjoy a grand experience for all your senses. Kansas City’s favorite beer, food, and music festival takes place this weekend. Centered on Grand Avenue, Washington Square Park, and Crown Center, the two-day urban street festival is host to Taps & Tastes, a craft beer and food sampling experience, amazing live music with more than 70 acts, including Milky Chance, Thundercat, Hanson, and Paul Cauthen, and shopping at Makers Market. Friday hours are 4 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.; Saturday hours are 1 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. 

Breakaway Music Festival
June 14 & 15

The 2024 multi-city tour comes to Azura Amphitheater this weekend. BMF blends music genres EDM, Pop, House, and Dance, including Dom Dolla, Tiesto, Slander, and Two Friends. In addition to stellar lineups, Breakaway elevates the festival experience with a silent disco featuring local artists, local art and food vendors, and more, taking its unique, all-encompassing music experience to a whole new level. 


Juneteenth Heritage Festival
June 15

It’s the 13th annual official celebration of African-American pride and culture this Saturday. Start the day with the Rise & Shine Workout from 9 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.. The parade, with more than 100 entries, starts at noon. There’s the Gospel Jubilee from noon to 2 p.m. and more events and performers, including Kelly Price, from noon until 10:00 p.m. Free entertainment, including face painters, pony rides, balloon artists and more. VIP tickets are $30, but the event is free and it’s all happening at 18th and Vine. 


Monster Jam

June 15

Experience big-time family fun at the most unexpected, unscripted, and unforgettable motorsports experience for families and fans as Monster Jam returns for an adrenaline-charged weekend at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium this Saturday. Fans will be on the edge of their seats as the world’s best drivers show off massive stunts, big air, backflips, crazy skill, and all-out racing in fierce head-to-head battles for the Event Championship.
