Betty Rae’s ice cream pies and cakes returned for the holiday season, and they’re here to stay.
All locations will have three year-round pie flavors (butter pecan, Oreo, and strawberry) and three year-round cake flavors (chocolate vanilla swirl, Oreo, and s’mores), according to Zach Doerfler, the ice cream company’s general manager. They will also offer seasonal flavors and custom cakes. The current seasonal pie is white chocolate raspberry almond, and the current seasonal cake is peppermint bark.
This caps off a run of new offerings from Betty Rae’s. In late November, it introduced the Betty Bomb, a homemade cookie, brownie cake, or butter cake covered in ice cream and two toppings. It also launched a $100 pint-of-the-month card, which lasts 12 months and includes two free pints.
