KC Bier Co.—the metro’s largest locally-owned and 100% independent craft brewery—just announced their Beef & Bier Box, a collaboration with KC Beef Co. (Fun fact: KC Beef Co.’s cattle are born and raised on Missouri pasture with spent grain used in KC Bier Co.’s brewing process.)

Designed as a unique holiday gift for Kansas Citians seeking a fresh, local farm-to-table product paired with some of Kansas City’s most acclaimed local craft bier, the Beef & Bier Box includes (2) KC strips, (2) filets and (8) burgers. Plus, beer aficionados will find a Bier Box Variety 12-Pack featuring three bottles each of four classic German-style biers made by KC Bier Co., including Dunkel, Hefeweizen, Helles Lager and Pure Pils.
