- First course: Smoked mozzarella caprese salad paired with Shuttlecock Lager
- Second course: Smoked and braised beef rib paired with Bear Hug Multigrain Brown Ale
- Third course: Smoked chicken served alongside chipotle pork sausage, orzo pasta salad, and baked beans paired with Acrospire Mid Coast APA
- Fourth course: Chocolate lava cake and a scoop of vanilla ice cream paired with Chaos Monkey Hefeweizen
