Damson, Plum Fizz!
Serves one
INGREDIENTS
1.5 ounces Averell Damson Gin
.5 ounce lemon
.5 ounce black plum puree
.5 ounce cream
Egg white
1.5 ounces Prosecco
METHOD
*Combine all ingredients minus the Prosecco.
*Reverse dry shake.
*Pour in a glass sans ice
*Top with Prosecco
