ATG Festival Concert featuring the UMKC Community Accordion Ensemble and Mirco Patarini with Kansas City Symphony String Quintet at UMKC in the White Hall Recital Hall.
Join legendary accordion conductor Joan Sommers as she leads the 12-member University of Missouri-Kansas City Community Accordion Ensemble in a concert showcasing their rich sound. Mirco Patarini will navigate a spectrum of music on the accordion, spanning from classical to modern, promising an evening filled with lively and vibrant performances. He will be joined by a string quintet, featuring Kansas City Symphony members Alex Shum, Anne-Marie Brown, Jesse Yukimura, Lawrence Figg, and Nils Aardahl.
