Nature Walk with the Doc

Join Dr. Dyer for a nature walk at Shawnee Mission Park! This two-mile walk will include some optional opportunities to get your heart rate up, as well as a group meditation.

Be sure to bring plenty of water and sturdy shoes. Join us on this nature walk to get some steps, learn about health, and meet new friends while spending time in the great outdoors.
