Thanksgiving with The Elms Hotel & Spa

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day at Three Owls located inside The Elms Hotel & Spa, guests and locals can enjoy all of their favorite holiday dishes including:
-A range of starters – from garden salad and shrimp to pumpkin hummus with vegetable crudité & toasted breads
-Roast turkey with brown butter gravy, smoked prime rib with rosemary au jus & dill horseradish cream sauce and pan seared salmon with lemon butter sauce and tomato relish
-Six hot side dishes including – crispy brussel sprouts with bacon & fig balsamic reduction, baby carrots with agave and thyme glaze, five cheese mac n cheese, house made cranberry sauce, roasted garlic & rosemary stuffing and sweet potato soufflé with toasted pecans and torched marshmallow
-Assorted sweet treats including mousse, pies, cakes and cookies
The Thanksgiving buffet is open to all hotel guests and locals for $60 per adult, $48 per senior age 60 and older, $30 per child ages 6-12 and free for kids 5 and under.
