Registration: If you purchased your tickets online, you are already registered for the event! If you are a guest of a sponsor or VIP, please click “SIGN IN” in the upper right corner to register. Credit card information will be required at check-in so entering it along with your phone number and email address in advance will expedite the process at the venue and get you to your table and the open bar much faster and easier!
Silent & Live Auctions: We have some amazing auction items in store for you again this year! Images and information will be added to this site as the event approaches. If you are registered, you will receive a notification when silent auction bidding opens on Friday, November 3. Live auction items will be set to preview only and can be bid on in person at the event!
Bingo Cards & Table Swag: Everyone will receive one complementary bingo card at check-in. If you purchase extra bingo cards by Monday, November 6, the extra cards will also be placed at your tables with your bidder paddle. After that date, the package will be set to preview only, but you will still have the opportunity to purchase extra cards at check-in. Back again this year – TABLE SWAG! If someone at your table wins a round of bingo, everyone gets to take home a prize!
Raffle Tickets: Get your chance to take home half the pot with these 50/50 raffle tickets. The other half goes to help KC kids! You do not need to be present to win. This is an electronic raffle. No physical tickets will be provided. When you purchase a ticket, your name goes onto the wheel. We will spin the wheel of names before the last round of bingo. The more tickets you purchase, the more times your name appears on the wheel – the better chance you have to win!
Attire & Parking: This is a business casual event. Guests are welcome to take advantage of free valet parking. There is also street parking. The Abbott lots are shown in the map below.

Cause: This fun event, in its 12th year, supports the operations of Sleepyhead Beds, distributing gently-used beds and bedding along with new pillows to children in need (and their immediate families). We’ve provided over 30,000 beds to the KC community since 2010. With your help, we can improve the quality of life for children and families and help the environment by sanitizing beds and keeping them out of landfills.
