It was a jaw-dropping spectacle last night at the grand opening party of the Crossroads Hotel in the old Pabst and Pendergast building. The hotel partnered with great local brands—Boulevard Brewing, J Rieger, Tom’s Town, Messenger Coffee, Jennifer Janesko, Studio Dan Meiners, and IN Kansas City—to host what many are calling one of the best parties of the year. The KC Marching Cobras were on point—performing as guests arrived. A wide assortment of nibbles, nosh and hand-crafted cocktails were served to guests from the hotel’s XR bar and Lazia restaurant. Quixotic stole the show, however, with a reveal of the hotel’s atrium that included acrobatics, aerial dancing and stilt-walkers. DJ Sheppa wowed the guests throughout the night with his ever-pumping dance music.
