A collective of inclusive bike-riding groups is riding for Pride this Wednesday. No one will be left behind on this route, as Pride Ride is “no-drop,” meaning no one rides alone (even if you need to take a breather or two). Starting at Midwest Cyclery and ending at Big Rip Brewing.

Friends of Reggae International launched the first Reggae Fest at Theis Park in 1989. The tradition continues today at Berkley River Front Park, with 20 live bands over three days, arts and crafts, and local foods, all supporting reggae as a cultural art form.

Mother Nature Reads July 1
Nature calls this weekend at the Lakeside Nature Center. Mother Nature’s coming to read a story for children of all ages, learning more about a chosen animal of the month. Whether or not the animal of honor appears, all families will be invited to make related crafts to take home.
